Terkait temuan pasangan bukan suami istri oleh Satpol PP Kota Banjarbaru, pihaknya melakukan pemanggilan terhadap pengelola hotel dan penginapan dan diberikan surat peringatan (SP).
Korankalimantan.com – Disampaikan Kasi Opsdal Satpol PP Kota Banjarbaru Yanto Hidayat, pada Senin (6/11/2023) telah memanggil pemilik atau pengelola penginapan dan hotel yang kemarin kedapat pasangan bukan suami istri.
“Pihaknya memenuhi pemanggilan, dan mengaku tanggung jawab pengawasan kurang kepada pengunjung,” katanya.
Lalu, pihaknya nanti akan mendalami terkait izin yang dimiliki penginapan maupun hotel tersebut.
“Pengelola hotel maupun penginapan membuat pernyataan terkait pengawasan. Memang mereka kecolongan ada pasangan bukan suami istri yang masuk ke hotel,” terangnya.
Sementara itu, Kasi Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Destinasi Pariwisata Disporabudpar Banjarbaru Fauzi mengatakan, sebagai pembina destinasi di Banjarbaru berkoordinasi dengan Satpol PP Banjarbaru berdasarkan sidak yang dilakukan.
“Akan ditindaklanjuti serta berikan SP 1 kepada pelaku usaha karena melakukan pelanggaran. Akan kita proses dan membuatkan administrasinya,” sebutnya.
Ke depan pihaknya akan memantau penginapan maupun hotel yang sudah diberikan surat peringatan agar tidak terulang lagi hal serupa.
“Jika ada temuan lagi selama 6 bulan ini akan diberikan SP 2 hingga penutupan. Tapi apabila sepama 6 bulan tidak ada pelanggaran, SP nya akan jatuh,” pungkasnya.
