Polda Kalsel sekarang telah mengamankan Humas PT JGA yang diduga terlibat pembunuhan berencana yang menewaskan Sabriansyah di Desa Pengaron Kabupaten Banjar.
Korankalimantan.com – Kapolda Kalsel, Irjen Andi Rian Djajadi dalam keterangan pers pada Selasa (4/4/2023) menyatakan, penyidik gabungan Polda dan Polres Banjar telah mengamankan salah satu pengurus atau humas PT JGA.
Saat ini lanjutnya, penyidik sedang mengumpulkan berbagai alat bukti yang cukup sehingga bisa ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Karyawan humas yang diketahui berinisial AB inilah, kata Andi Rian, yang diduga telah memberikan perintah kepada salah satu tersangka berinisial Y.
“Penyidik juga akan melihat sejauhmana rentang perintah itu berjalan dan ini sedang kita dalami,” terangnya.
Lebih lanjut, penyidik menduga adanya pembicaraan antara karyawan humas dengan pelaku Y satu hari sebelum kejadian.
“Jadi satu hari sebelum tewasnya korban, sudah ada pembicaraan, artinya ada jeda waktu sehingga pandangan penyidik ini adalah pembunuhan berencana,” bebernya.
Selain itu jajaran Polda Kalsel juga sudah menahan 4 tersangka masing-masing berinisial, Y alias A, R, S, dan YU.
Kemudian perkara ini dalam proses pengembangan dan ada 5 tersangka lagi yang akan ditangkap.
Pemilik senjata api yang melakukan penembakan terhadap korban juga sudah diidentifikasi
“Untuk pemilik senjata sudah diketahui, beserta yang menggunakan. Kini sedang dalam pengejaran anggota,” ucapnya.
Menurutnya, senjata api (senpi) yang digunakan pelaku merupakan buatan pabrik dengan ukuran 9 MM.
“Di lokasi kita temukan beberapa barang bukti terkait kepemilikan senjata ini,” akunya.
Andi meminta kepada para tersangka agar segera menyerahkan diri.
“Atau jajaran Polda Kalsel siap bertindak tegas jika melakukan pengejaran,” tegasnya.
Dalam mengusut kasus ini, ia meminta kesabaran masyarakat. Ia memastikan jajaran Polda Kalsel akan mengungkap dan membuat terang perkara ini.
“Saat ini penyidik menetapkan pasal pembunuhan berencana dan kasusnya masih dalam pengembangan,” pungkasnya.(yon/may)
