Unit Gabungan Polsek Liang Anggang kembali melaksanakan Kegiatan Rutin Yang Ditingkatkan (KRYD) dengan menggeledah sebuah kios penjual minuman keras. Alhasi, polisi menyita 238 botol (kaleng) miras berbagai merek.

Korankalimantan.com – Polisi berhasil mengungkap penjualan minuman keras tanpa ijin sesuai Pasal 8 ayat 1 Perda Kota Banjarbaru No. 5 Tahun 2006.

Di bulan suci Ramadan ini, anggota Polsek Liang Anggang melakukan penggeledahan sebuah kios di Jl.Karang Rejo Kelurahan Guntung Manggis Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Di sana petugas mendapati penjual miras tanpa ijin.

“Kita berhasil menyita 238 botol berbagai jenis di sebuah kios,” ucap Kapolsek Liang Anggang AKP Yuda Kumoro Pardede melalui Kasi Humas Aipda Kardi, Selasa (5/4/2022). Diketahui, ratusan botol miras milik Franki (42).

Menurut Kapolsek, penindakan penjualan miras di wilayah hukum Polsek Liang Anggang selama bulan suci Ramadan guna memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman serta kekhusyukan kepada masyarakat.

“Kita melaksanakan seusai arahan pimpinan. Agar menjaga ketenteraman selama bulan Ramadan,” katanya.

Selanjutnya ratusan botol miras itu diamankan ke Mapolsek Liang Anggang guna proses lebih lanjut.(ari/may)
